Self-fertile, very early ripening apricot with outstanding outer appearance. Even with unfavourable weather conditions at flowering time, the robust flowering ensures a yield. Because of the pronounced acidity in the skin the fruits should not be harvested too early. Storage is recommended to reduce the acidity. The buds have a high risk to bacterial canker; this should be taken into consideration for site selection.
In recent years, incompatibility symptoms with Wangenheim rootstocks have occurred at various locations. As a result, we will offer Pricia (S) on the rootstocks St.Julien A and peach seedling MONTCLAR ® in future.
