Evaluation
This variety reaches high commercial value because of its high and regular yields. The yield potential and the large fruits guarantee a high tonnage. Because of that Cacaks Schöne is the most efficient variety right now for the baking industry. Important to mention is the early colouring of the fruits, usually up to 10-14 days before good aroma develops. An early harvest is not recommended.
