The ripening time charts have been developed on the basis of longstanding maturing rankings in our orchards. They include the average harvest phases of recent years and apply to our climate zone of the Middle Rhine in Germany. Shifts are possible due to weather conditions, heavy crop, location and rootstock.
The varieties listed in the ripening time charts represent our core assortment.
We also propagate various novelties and older standard varieties in our nursery.
On request it is possible to order specially desired varieties or rootstocks for propagation.
