SPC 342 (S)
Sweet cherry, Prunus avium
This sweet cherry impresses with its exceptional appearance, fruit size, firmness and texture of the flesh, enormous cracking stability and full-bodied, long-lasting flavour.
The long harvest window is also evident without any loss of firmness, the acidity and gloss are a unique selling point. The storage behaviour should also be mentioned, with the fruit remaining very stable in terms of colour, gloss, firmness, stalk and taste.
In most years, leaf spots appear after the harvest, which are genetically determined. No influence on tree health and yield in the following year could be observed.
